NYC Shadow Hunters

Visited my favorite cemetery today.  It's a long ride, but worth it because I get to visit my friends: Simon, Harms, and Maria.  I feel as though there are more people buried here but someone must have stolen those headstones, or buried them unmarked, which is just rude.  The photo is one I made in high school, when I was feeling real artsy; I even toasted the edges with a lighter to make it look "cool".  Great job, Max.

I had to stop by Clotilde's Apothecary to grab an emergency Rune of Protection.  I left my original Rune in my pants pocket and my grandma washed it!  Not sure how an ancient mystical device can lose its mojo due to some soap and water, but maybe they should add care labels.

I am heading back to that law firm tonight with my EMF reader, and my Rune, to see if I can get more accurate readings with the building empty.  Waiting for the Witching Hour, for maximum effect.  I haven't done one of these in almost a year, so I'm a bit nervous, expecially due to what happened that last time.

I gave Clotilde my pager number in case I need to be contacted.  I'm thinking I'll go perform a "persona non grata" to cleanse the building, but I'm rusty on my Latin.  The words are too close to the "vocare" ritual, I just hope I don't mix them up.
